Hello, my name is Dr. Christian Bartsch

I am a hands-on leader in the digital environment as well as an IT consultant with 20 years and over 2000 project days of international transformation and innovation experience in various industries, including: automotive, chemical, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical.

As a passionate digitizer and innovator, I pursue a holistic, digital transformation approach.

I have driven digital transformation at companies such as Linde plc and KraussMaffei Technologies and introduced new technologies such as IIoT, machine learning, smart glasses and augmented reality as well as new ways of thinking, methods and processes internationally to increase internal efficiency and business growth.

For example, under my leadership as Global Vice President, KraussMaffei was awarded the titles “Champions of Digital Transformation 2021” and “Digital Champion 2022”. In addition, the digital customer product portfolio won the “Industry Solutions Award 2023” in the “Best Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 Solution” category.

During my time as a management consultant at Infosys and Deloitte, I implemented international projects focusing on process improvement and organizational development in IT for companies such as AGCO/Fendt, Novartis, BMW and Givaudan.

I lead according to the “Servant Leadership” principle out of conviction.

When I'm not pursuing my professional passion, you can find me in the mountains, on my racing bike or gardening :)
